Cancellation & rescheduling

  • 24 hours or more before the lesson: full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours before the lesson: normally non-refundable; exceptional circumstances may be considered.
  • No-show: non-refundable.
  • If Nablio cancels: choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Late arrival does not normally extend the scheduled end time.
