How Nablio handles your information.

Learn what information Nablio receives when you contact us, why it is used, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

Effective September 4, 2026

Information you choose to send

A lesson request may include your name, email address or mobile number, subject or course, lesson format, preferred time, message, and any course material you later choose to share.

Payment and receipt records may include the sender or account name, payment email, amount, date, transaction reference, and receipt information.

Website and device information

The website host may automatically process limited technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, date and time, and diagnostic or security logs.

How contact requests work

The booking form prepares a message in your email or SMS application. It does not submit or store the form in a Nablio website database. Your message is handled by your chosen communications provider and received by Nablio when you send it.

Why the information is used

  • To answer questions and confirm course fit, availability, lesson format, and price.
  • To arrange tutoring, payment, receipts, cancellations, or rescheduling.
  • To keep necessary business and transaction records and respond to legal or safety concerns.

Service providers and processing locations

Nablio does not sell personal information. Limited information may be handled by the website hosting provider, Google/Gmail for email, telecommunications providers for SMS, and Interac and the participating financial institutions for payments. These providers apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Some providers may process or store information outside Québec or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that location. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Retention

Uncompleted inquiry records are generally deleted or anonymized within 12 months after the last contact. Course materials shared only to prepare a lesson are generally deleted within 30 days after the last related lesson unless they are still needed or you ask for earlier deletion.

Lesson, receipt, payment, tax, and other business records are kept for the period required by applicable law; Canadian tax records are generally retained for at least six years after the end of the relevant tax year. Hosting and communications providers may keep their own logs according to their policies.

Your rights, consent, and complaints

You may ask what personal information Nablio holds about you or request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal and transaction-record requirements. You may withdraw consent for future optional uses, although Nablio may still keep or use information when required to provide an agreed service or comply with law.

To make a privacy request or complaint, email getnablio@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Nablio will acknowledge the request, verify identity when necessary, review it, and respond within the period required by applicable law.
