24 hours or more before the lesson
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. Any amount already paid is fully refunded. Contact Nablio by text or email so the time of your request can be confirmed.
Less than 24 hours before the lesson
Changes made less than 24 hours before the lesson are normally non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.
No-shows and late arrivals
No-shows are non-refundable. A student’s late arrival does not normally extend the scheduled end time.
If Nablio cancels
You can choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
Rights under applicable law
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
